This book is EXACTLY what you need if you are about to officiate a wedding. I used this to help with my first wedding and it was invaluable. From the interview planning for the first talk with the couple, to managing the rehearsal, to the wedding day - I used it throughout the planning and execution of the wedding. The couple got what they wanted -the ceremony was very personal and meaningful and this book helped me prepare. I will continue to use it as I hopefully do more weddings.

I officiated my first wedding for my sister. I didn't know where to start.This book is very well organized and easy to use. Has a lot of PRACTICAL tips that I wouldn't have thought of had I not purchased this book. Well worth the money.

My Sister asked me to officiate her wedding and I only had a month to prepare. Since I never done this before I needed help and quick. This guide was very helpful. From the beginning, the guide put me at ease and gave me all the information I needed to perform the wedding in clear steps. It gave me samples and ideas and I was able to put our own spin on the wedding that made it personable and special for my sister, her husband, and our family and friends. She was overjoyed on how I conducted the wedding, thanks to the guide.

Both the bride and I gleaned some useful info from this guide. Not a lot of really new ideas, but enough solid, helpful hints to make it very worthwhile. I found it easy to use as a resource....just wish a few areas had been expanded a bit. Overall, a good purchase....the wedding was a huge success!!

This book made officiating my friend's wedding so easy! The whole process is well laid out, from interviewing the couple to preparing on the wedding day. The book mentions that sometimes officiants cry. That was going to be me. The first time I tried to read the ceremony out loud, I couldn't make it through the first line without welling up. After reading it several times, I got much better. On the wedding day, I only had to pause twice, and it wasn't enough to make anyone feel uncomfortable. If you think you may cry, I recommend lots of practice. It made the whole experience a lot more fun and less embarrassing for me!

One of the better wedding ceremony books out there - we bought this to give to our friend who is going to officiate our wedding (his first time doing this), and I felt that it was very well written and will guide him and us to create a great ceremony - it made me want to be an officiant myself!

My kids love this whole series (6 & 9) and this newest installment doesn't disappoint! This one is a wee bit more complex then the four previous books (and a bit harder for my youngest to follow)--but it is a great read. Our whole family enjoyed it together (except for the 9 year old who had to have his own copy and read ahead of us because he JUST COULDN'T WAIT for us;) Love that the books are entertaining and appeal to kids, but aren't full of poor grammar, intentionally misspelled words, and lots of potty talk like some other popular kids books--with this series, kids can actually stretch their vocabularies. If you are new to the series, start with the first book or it won't make much sense. And, kids don't have to be Minecraft fans to enjoy, sure it helps, but most kids will find these books relatable. Cube Kid, please hurry with the next one--we can't wait!

Already blazed through this book and love it! It starts up where book 4 left of, and Runt is heading out into the wild wild world. For those who have not read this series,if you have a kid who loves minecraft, this is one of the best series out there. The book ties into a parallel universe similar to minecraft, but with a great plot, fun characters, and many mannerisms from minecraft that kids will love. If you are new to the series, start with book one. For those already into it, this book is awesome!

My 7 year old loves Minecraft. I randomly stumbled across the 8-bit warrior series at Costco one day and bought the first book in the series. He zoomed through it so we’ve been ordering each book from amazon. This far in and he still loves them!

Yes it's free ebook on Amazon Kindle for us, but my boy loves to reread these and look at the pictures after "lights out", so worth it for him to have the paperbacks. Cube Kid writes a very interesting story in the Minecraft world, a fun read for anyone who's an avid player. You need the previous books for this one to make sense, we love the series.

Both of my kids have loved this series. They think it is historical. It has gotten my boy, who doesn't like to read big books, to read a bigger book. They are one of the few books I will actually pay full price for. Hope the author keeps pumping them out.

This series started my 6 year old grandson on the path to love reading.

My four-year-old begged me to buy her the first in the series at her older brother's scholastic book sale. She's nowhere near reading at this level, so I tried to talk her out of it...and am so glad I didn't! We bought it and I read her a chapter each night and I LOVED it. The series is wonderfully well thought out, and the author does a fantastic job of developing her characters as well as teaching a life lesson. The book entertained me every bit as much as my daughter, so much so that I had to but the next in the series (and will buy the rest of them, too!). I hope this author keeps pushing them out. I even recommended them to the local library. EVERYONE with young children should read this series.

My 8 year old (and I) love these books. We've read all four. Very fun, no bullies or bad guys. We read one together in about 2 hours. This is probably our favorite because it introduces Daisy and the Enchanted Pony Academy. She doubts having a special talent like the other ponies at her school, but she figures it out near the end. It's a very heart-warming book.

Purchased as part of a gift for a horse crazy girl. Apparently, she'd seen the books at a school book fair, and wanted them. Her description of "it had a pink horse on the cover" was enough for me to find them at Amazon. The book fair version came with a necklace; however these books did not. It was not a deal breaker. She had wanted the books more than the necklace, so was excited to get them! I still would like to find that necklace for her!

My 5 year old daughter and I have been reading this series together. We just finished Wings that Shine. They are fun and the positive messages throughout are great lessons for little ones. My daughter and I are looking forward to the next one. I love ending our day with a fun story and spending time together doing it.

My daughter loved the first book & so, she's getting the rest of the series for Christmas. She is 5 but, honestly I don't mind reading them either!
