We used the map on a recent 12 day trip to the UK. It does include many interesting tourist attractions, and is easy to use. On the downside, many stretches of road are not labeled, leaving us to guess whether we were on A65 or A65, etc. It is not always detailed enough to get you from point A to point B, even if A and B are reasonably large towns. We did have to get a detailed map of the UK in order to confidently find our way around.

Good Map but it has a Major Flaw!!! The major flaw is there are no road numbers except for major A Roads. This is not a problem if you stay on major Motorways but major problem if you are exploring as the name of the map implies. "Adventure Travel Map".

Received quickly and in perfect condition. We are charting our trip through Britain next summer and this map will help us a lot. It’s rain proof and won’t tear. Perfect!

Good for general guidance, but not very effective as a map for driving; shows only major roadways.

This map was very helpful om our tour of the UK. It showed many interesting attractions with simple pictures and many weren't the usual tourist destinations, though those were included. I would recommend it. We also rented a car in Scotland and were given a good map by the rental company.

I used this same type map for Iceland last year and it was wonderful. This one for UK does not have the detail to explore other than major roads, and could use a lot more detail of sites of interest. Also I somehow missed that it only had the eastern side of Ireland when I checked for Northern Ireland so will need to buy a separate map. It does include the Orkneys and Shetlands. The map itself is high quality and durable, and rolls well (if you need to as I do). Happy travels!

I thought it would show more places of interests. We did use it for the major highways( A roads) but it does not label the B roads. Which we used more often, as there was a lot of construction and traffic while we were traveling in late July/August,

She uniquely deals with issues of self-worth, self-sabotage and working in community with stories, humor and powerful tools. The creative formula is a well written, incredibly useful and easy to follow formula for discovering what you are meant to create, creating it and releasing it into the world. The author does a wonderful job of making this process easy and understandable while allowing yourself to be gentle and forgiving with yourself in the process. She also truly has a knack for using metaphor and storytelling to make the material accessible for all learning styles as well as leading by example and through honest vulnerability.As a coach, dancer and teacher of movement, I found many wonderful nuggets of wisdom that I will use in my creative process for the rest of my life. She includes an array of great self-evaluation surveys and exercises for all stages of the process and shows you how to apply them to your art form whether that be dance, music, writing, acting, fine art or any other creative endeavor. I found these exercises very helpful in how I approach the creation of work, be it choreography, classes and workshops, writing, copywriting, etc.This book will show you how to get into alignment with the creative process, allow it to come through you and articulate it into the finished work that you were meant to put out into the world. It helps you go through this process, not in a linear fashion but in a way that is true to you and where you are in your life on any given day. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to maximize their creative potential and plan on keeping it in my creativity toolbox. I’ll sharing it with my collaborators and students so they too can get the benefits The Creative Formula has to offer.

This said, I am enjoying it and savoring each page which compelled me to write a short review, now. first, I am loving the "Pie" analogy. As a creative, photographer and painter, I am being inspired to move above and beyond how I look at my process. Step One: Planting the Seed, starts of with the concept of Alignment. Understanding where I may hold myself back from creating the image I want has been eye opening Having the desire, I see how self-criticism plays a role in dragging me down and has blocked me from aligning with my desire...Sheesh! Even after only reading up through the first 30 pages,I look forward to finishing this over the weekend as I sit in paradise.Holly Shaw writes this book both as if she is boldly talking to a creative friend and as an expert in her field. I don't see 5 stars changing, but I can't wait to share more concrete examples where I have put some of this juicy information of The Creative Formula into action..
