There are so many styles to choose from and range in details that is suitable for all.This book has beautiful images to color and include flower Mandalas, beautiful bouquets and various floral patterns.This book is great for beginners to intermediate colorist. Advanced colorist can enjoy this as well to take a break from those more intricate detailed pages.There are 50 designs to color and your hardest decision will be which one to start first!! There is a duplicate set of the images for total of 100 pages!!All images are single sided with black backing on the back side of the pages. Paper is medium-weight paper as provided by CreateSpace. Highly recommend using a backer page when using any wet mediums such as markers and gel pens.A digital copy link of the book is provided at the back of the book allowing you to print on your own desired paper as many times as you'd like.Spring is here and this is a great way to start your season. Wash away those winter blues!!

Flowers are my all time thing to color. When I received this book I fell in love. I am working on coloring it cover to cover!!

I love the artwork in this book because it is easy to straight color without a lot of niggly details. Sometimes a girl just wants a coloring book, some markers, and good series to binge watch on TV. This book serves that purpose and serves it well!

Relaxing. The flowers don't cover the whole page & there are no tiny spaces you need a magnifying glass to color in. We aren't artists, we just want to relax for a little while. Highly recommend!

A great book for beginning to intermediate "colorists". The drawings allow enough room to practice blending and shading. I gave this 4 stars, rather than five, as the pages are not perforated. An exacto blade solves the problem. I colored the drawings below with a combination of FC Polychromos and Prismacolor Premier pencils

This is a wonderful book and my first Jade Summer publication. The minute I opened the book I fell in love with it. There are no back to back pictures and every page is black on the back side. I use felt markers, watercolor pencils and watercolor brush pens almost exclusively. The paper is not terribly heavy and stiff but it's not super thin either. With black backing, any bleed-through is not going to show up. The detail on the pictures is amazing. It's perfect, in that, there is just enough detail to help you make decisions about shading and outlining, but not so much that it becomes confusing. You have to have this book, if you are a flower colorist like myself, you won't be disappointed.

I typically buy adult colouring books produced by known illustrators but, for some reason, I decided to buy this book. I like botannicals and who doesn't like Spring.I'm surprised how much I like the book. The pictures are quite simple, without too much detail, and would be perfect for the colourist who wants to colour but doesn't like the pressure of completing a picture with a lot of detail. The illustrations tend to focus on the flowers and not the leaves, something I know drives a number of colourists nutty. I only received my book yesterday so haven't tried working with the paper but it feels lovely - not too smooth and not too toothy. I look forward to choosing a picture to colour.Jade Summer are very generous in that you can download a digital edition of the book and, upon joining the mailing list, you can receive a download of pictures from other books. An amazing marketing tool and will help buyers to choose another book from their huge selection.

Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, MD, (1926–2004) was a Swiss-born psychiatrist, humanitarian, and co-founder of the hospice movement around the world. This book has gotten some grief due to the public misunderstanding of the "five stages of grief". The author originally developed these stages to be what terminally ill patients may go through after their diagnosis becomes certain, NOT to deal with the grieving of those left behind after death. She did however adapt the idea of the five stages in this excellent book on grieving the loss of loved ones.My father died very suddenly in September, and I spent much of October and November all but inhaling every book on grief and grieving I could find. This was one of the best. Dr. Kubler-Ross is clear, concise in her language, full of empathy and understanding, and outlines the many ways in which grief is hard at first, then harder still later on. Her words were a great comfort to me and I recommend this book highly to those who are grieving.

By far, the best book I have read on grief and the grieving process. Some other critics have said, there are a few (may two or three) new age-y sentences in the book that I did not appreciate. I understand that Dr. Kubler-Ross wrote more on those topics in other books. The rest of the book (99%) felt very on point and gave good discussion. I especially liked that the book went beyond the five stages and talked about other emotions and situations a person may experience (sudden deaths, getting "closure", Etc.). I also liked that there were numerous examples of people's stories, and also that the authors shared their own experiences with grief. Highly recommend to those who want to know more about this topic.

It made me feel my feelings were normal. I realized I will never get over my husband's death but I will find my new normal eventually. It might take years but one day I might laugh again..I highly recommend this book. It has helped me not to feel guilty about the care I gave my husband before his death...I did the best I knew how.

Having just lost my mom, I was looking for a resource to help me in the grieving process. Once I started it, I knew I had to order one for my dad as well. The book validates all the feelings you have after experiencing a great loss. It is extremely relevant. There are some sections of the book that contained some information that came across as a bit strange to me, but it's because it doesn't mesh with my belief system. It doesn't change the fact that the majority of the book has been very helpful and comforting.

After two and half years, after our most painful loss (the unexpected loss of our beloved one son, lived almost 20 years) I was able to face with our own grief, reading this book. I've translated the book in Hungarian, hoping that with it I can help to other ones in my circle of our dear friends and beloved ones, who instinctly always knew how to help us, with their love in these nightmareful years after our son's death.This book (similarly to other books of Elisabeth) has a crystal clear structure, she highly knows the real nature of the grief and grieving. She exactly knows that every person has - and has to experience - an own, unique grief, there are no two alike. Therefore there is no universal recipe to help us. Just unique love and sympathy, to every unique persons. And this is also highly true: the process is infinite, never in our life could find any "final" relief without pain. Our pain is as infinite as our love of Him and as our loss of Him. But we used to live further accepting this recognition, appreciating our privileged years with Him - and our privileged years nowadays with each other: with my dearest lifemate, dear father of our beloved son, and with my dearest mother. Every minutes living together is a unique precious gift. This book - as the other ones of EKR - teaches us to survive, to love our life AND our death together - they are two "parts" of the same sphere.Love for Elisabeth to respect every persons' own beliefs. She never wants to "evangelize". She really respects all individualities, she exactly knows that all of us live and think differently, so there is no "one right way" to us. She can though help us with her eternal truths.After reading this book I'm able to embrace our hardest grief with the other ones in my life, because they are also my parts, as our common joys, happy hours. Our life is so full with sunshine AND clouds AND rainfalls AND devastating storms. This is the fullness of our life-death cycle. "Birth is not a beginning and death is not an ending. They are merely points on a continuum".

This is the best book on Grief that I have ever read, and I have read quite a few. It is easy to understand. The chapters are short enough for me to read without becoming overwhelmed. I like the order which they are arranged. It provides a wealth of information without sounding too academic. I felt warmth and compassion. It is everything I need during this difficult period. I use the present tense because I read it over and over. It also helps me in my journaling. It should be required reading for everyone who has grieved, will grieve or know someone who has.

Best book on grief I've read and I've read a lot! Have given it to friends and family as gifts. One person said she couldn't read it because it was too intense and all she did was cry reading it. I would wait six months to a year before giving to someone who is grieving. Excellent tool for understanding grief and how to find meaning in death .

A very basic point of view that any human being can be lead to by themselves without the need to reach for a book. I was expecting something more deep and eye-opening than the basic ideas provided by the book. I'm still in a search for work that provides the undoubtedly much deeper meaning of grief and how it affects our mind, heart and behaviour, how it changes our life and how to deal with the pain. This book did not provide what I was looking for.

I purchased this on a whim because I was drawn in by the Camper pattern, and I wanted to make it for a dear friend of mine.Pros:* Great Photographs - each page with one of the little set ups made me smile because it was just so adorable!* Good directions - the directions were very direct and informative. It's everything you'd want an instructional book to be.Cons:* Simplistic patterns - if you are new to crochet, this would probably go in the "Pros" list for you. If you're not new to crochet, you can probably look at the photographs and just about estimate the size and shape something needs to be and make it freehand. I could make the tents and a large number of the items in this book without the patterns.* Not all items are crochet - again, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but for me it wasn't what I had expected. I knew that there was going to be reinforcement of some sort, but I expected a "cozy" variation with something like interfacing or batting, but instead I was instructed to use cardboard.Modifications made:* I ended up making the "cozy" versions with interfacing and batting, and my friend adored the camper I made her (especially since it can now double up as a cushion!)Should you buy:It really depends.YES - If you're looking for something to do with kids, or make something for kids that's perfectly to scale to some of their favorite plastic toys (Polly Pocket, Shopkins, Lego figures, Duplo figures, My Littlest Pet Shop, etc.), AND you're relatively new to crochet, or toy making, then this is a pretty good guide. It's exact and informative.NO - You can easily find substitute patterns online, or even estimate the pattern yourself just by looking at the photographs if you're experienced in crochet and toy making.This book has a Look Inside feature, and if it seems like something you'd like, go for it!It supports an artist and her fine work.

I love this book!! My favorite pattern is for the Camper Trailer....so much detail inside (and the side folds down doll-house style)! It's like a little carry-case with cabinets, bunk beds, and accessories. Most of the items are perfectly scaled for Playmobile and Lego people and pet figures (which is just awesome as I have many). There are even clothing and teeny doll accessories to make! There are some crocheting instructions in the book, but basic crochet experience/knowledge is helpful. Because of the smaller scale of these projects it is a great way to use up your yarn scraps too!

I have a crochet fetish and I am always looking for projects that are not my grandmother's crochet patters. So, I love, love, love this book. Yes, it is geared a little more for beginners, but the challenge comes in constructing the items. Sometimes it is fun to zone out with a simple and quick project that does not require a lot of counting or complicated stitches to concentrate on. I will be starting the camper here shortly (have to finish my current project first), but I cannot wait! My daughter (4) is so excited to play in the camper with her Lego-sized people. Don't pass this one up.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book! Don't let the small size of this book fool you! There are TONS of amazing patterns in here! I've made about 20% of what's in here and I love every single project. I can't wait to make them all.One thing I have to caution is that this book uses UK terminology. So if you are from the states, remember to use the correct conversions or your projects won't come out right.

It's such a cute little book! I love the ideas. If you are an experienced or advanced crocheter, you might be able to figure these out without the instructions, but I like the pictures and ideas it gave me. It's a small little book and easy to tuck in a purse or yarn bag. Can't wait to create little vintage trailers! Perfect for baby shower or young children's gifts.

Well written easy to follow instructions. This book has loads of very cute ideas and no special expensive supplies needed. Duct tape, fabric, glue, cardboard all things you may already have around the house.

Cute patterns. Love this book and my great-nephew and great-nieces are thrilled with the items I've created for them.

I weave, knit, sew but crochet has always confused me! I am in the process of making the caravan and so far I am feeling confident about crocheting! I am living and traveling in a camper/caravan so this project is especially fun. I am in the US and here's what I am using: Grace by Patons which is a mercerized cotton.; tacky glue for construction; sugar & cream cotton for interior accessories. I will be consulting the author's errata page because I can't figure out how and when to attach the front but other than that the directions have been excellent. Thank you, Kate Burning for getting me crocheting at last!
